The presence of an aspirator makes it possible to separate light impurities and dust from the grain before it flows into the screening drum. By reducing the content of fine impurities in the grain, it allows the number of sieves used to be reduced and to replace them with pass-through sieves, which significantly increases the productivity of the machine. In addition, not all impurities can be separated on sieves. For example, the husk can only be separated by air flow.

The grain cleaning machine RBS has a solid mountable housing, which consists of the steel plates coated with powder enamel. However, the main advantage of RBS separators is the direct drive of the drum. This type of drive reduces noise and vibration during operation, eliminates the loss of torque during transmission
